COVID-19 update

Because of the pandemic, we closed our doors early this week. The gym will be closed until further notice. We hope that you are remaining healthy. We will be releasing some at home conditioning ideas for everyone. The CDC says that for kids 6-17 years old they need to do at least 60 minutes of workouts. Our goal is to make this part fun and easy during these next two weeks.
